Vodiqo ("we", "us" or "our") provides this service. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide, such as your email address when you create an account; identifiers used to recognize your device; your watch history, favorites and purchases; and technical data including IP address, device type and browser.
How We Use Information
We use your information to operate and improve the service, process payments and unlock content, personalize recommendations, secure the service and prevent fraud, and analyze usage.
Cookies and Local Storage
We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and measure performance. You can disable them in your browser settings, though some features may stop working.
Third-Party Services
We use Supabase for authentication and application data, Cloudflare Stream for video delivery, Stripe or the payment provider shown at checkout for payment processing, Google Analytics 4 for aggregate usage measurement, and Sentry for error monitoring. These providers process only the data needed for their role and may operate in different countries.
Data Retention
Account and entitlement data is kept while your account is active. After a verified deletion request, account data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days unless retention is required by law. Payment and tax records may be kept for up to seven years; security logs are normally kept for up to 90 days.
Your Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your personal data and may object to certain processing. Send a request from your account email; we may verify your identity and normally respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Children's Privacy
The service is not directed to children under 16, or below the minimum digital-consent age in their country. We do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will investigate and delete the data where required.
Security and International Transfers
We use reasonable measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, which may have different data protection laws.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will indicate material changes by posting the updated policy with a new effective date.
