These Terms govern your use of the Vodiqo website, account, video streaming features and paid digital content provided by Vodiqo. By creating an account, purchasing content or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum digital-consent age in your country, to create an account. You must provide accurate account information, keep your password confidential and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our security failure.
Service and Content License
Vodiqo provides streaming access to short-form series, previews and related features. Content is licensed, not sold. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to stream content for private, non-commercial viewing on supported devices.
Purchases and Payment
Prices, currency and the content being unlocked are shown before checkout. Payment is processed by the payment provider displayed at checkout. A successful order grants the purchasing account access to the identified digital content, subject to these Terms and the Refund Policy. Taxes may be added where required by law.
Free Previews and Unlocks
Some episodes may be available as free previews. Paid access begins only after you confirm checkout and payment succeeds. Unlocks are tied to your Vodiqo account and may not be transferred, resold or shared as credentials with another person.
Acceptable Use
You may not copy, record, download without an offered download feature, redistribute, publicly perform, scrape or commercially exploit the service or content. You may not bypass paywalls, playback authorization, geographic or technical controls; probe security; automate abusive traffic; impersonate others; or use the service unlawfully.
Intellectual Property
The service, software, branding, artwork, video, audio, subtitles and metadata are owned by Vodiqo or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited viewing license above, no rights are transferred to you.
Availability and Changes
We aim to keep purchased content available, but availability may be affected by maintenance, network or provider failures, legal requirements or expired content rights. We may update features and catalog entries. If paid content becomes permanently unavailable through our fault, the remedies in the Refund Policy apply.
Suspension and Termination
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate fraud or payment disputes, comply with law, or address a material breach of these Terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
Disclaimers and Liability
The service is provided with reasonable care but may not be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes, Law and Disputes
We may update these Terms for legal, security or service changes and will post a new effective date. Mandatory consumer law in your place of residence continues to apply. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the dispute promptly.
